Ivan Ruiz is an Architect and Senior Project Manager with more than 15 years of experience in residential and commercial construction in Canada and internationally. Based in Ottawa, he has led the planning, budgeting, procurement, contract administration and execution of complex construction and renovation projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, contractors and subcontractors throughout the full project lifecycle.

His Canadian experience includes senior management roles in construction and renovations, where he has been responsible for project delivery, cost control, forecasting, procurement strategy, risk management and operational performance. He has managed multiple projects and large construction portfolios while maintaining a strong focus on schedule, budget, quality and compliance with Ontario building requirements.

Ivan holds a background in Architecture, Construction and Project Management, complemented by Canadian studies and certifications in Building Management, Building Inspection and Project Management. His professional development also includes training related to construction technology, building codes in Ontario, financial planning, legal issues in housing, business management and new home licensing and warranty requirements.
