Adán Aranda is an Investor Advisor and Business Developer for D’STER Investland in Canada, focused on multifamily opportunities, project integration and strategic partnerships. Based in Ottawa, he works with investors, property owners and industry professionals to identify opportunities, evaluate projects, develop investment strategies and coordinate the professional teams required to move real estate initiatives forward.
His Canadian real estate experience includes previously working as a Mortgage Agent Level 2 in Ontario, providing him with practical knowledge of lending processes, financing structures, property analysis and the relationship between real estate performance and access to capital. Today, that experience complements his work in multifamily investment and project integration.
Adán has more than 25 years of legal experience in Mexico, where he continues to practice in corporate, international and real estate law. His professional background includes foreign investment, compliance, contract negotiation, real estate transactions, commercial arbitration and the legal structuring of investment and development projects. He is also the founder and director of ABRO & Associates, a law firm originally established in 2000.
As an active real estate developer and Director of D’STER Investland, he has participated in real estate development, brokerage, property transactions, investment structuring and project management in Mexico, particularly in Quintana Roo and the Riviera Maya. His current activities include multifamily investment advisory in Canada and ongoing real estate development and legal work in Mexico.
This cross-border experience allows him to connect investment strategy, financing, legal structuring and real estate development within a single professional platform.
