Adán Aranda is an Investor Advisor and Business Developer for D’STER Investland in Canada, focused on multifamily real estate, project integration and strategic business development. Based in Ottawa, he works with investors, property owners and industry professionals to identify opportunities, evaluate projects, develop investment strategies and assemble the professional teams required to move multifamily initiatives forward.
His experience in the Canadian real estate and financing sector includes previously working as a licensed mortgage professional in Ontario. This background provided him with practical knowledge of lending processes, financing structures, property analysis and the relationship between real estate performance and access to capital. Today, that experience supports his advisory work in multifamily real estate, without offering mortgage brokerage services.
Adán is also a Mexican lawyer and active real estate developer. He is the Director of D’STER Investland and maintains an active professional practice in Mexico through real estate development, property transactions, investment structuring, corporate matters and legal advisory services. His areas of experience include real estate law, foreign investment, corporate compliance, property development and the legal coordination of real estate projects.
His work in Canada and Mexico is part of the same professional platform. From Canada, he develops relationships with investors, strategic partners and real estate professionals, while D’STER’s active operations in Mexico provide local market knowledge, development experience and professional support for Canadian investors, snowbirds and second-home buyers interested in Mexican real estate.
Through D’STER Multifamily Project Integration & Advisory, Adán focuses on the identification and preliminary analysis of multifamily opportunities, underwriting coordination, business-plan development, due diligence coordination, value-add strategies and professional team integration. Depending on the project, the team may include real estate brokers, lawyers, accountants, tax advisors, architects, engineers, contractors, property managers, appraisers, insurance advisors and financing professionals.
